Educational videos are so important to kids brain growth! I let my daughters use iPad 30 mins per day and watch with her to control the appropriate content. Thanks to that, there are a lot of useful videos on Youtube for kids, especially coloring an animal to help my daughter to recognize and remember the colors quite soon.
